Polaris Sleep

Sleep apnea care

Sleep apnea treatment that starts with you, not a machine

Loud snoring. Gasping or choking at night. Waking up with a dry mouth or a headache. A partner who moves to the couch. These are the signs people mention most often, and they are worth taking seriously.

An evaluation does not automatically mean CPAP. Polaris is therapy-agnostic: the right treatment depends on your diagnosis, your clinical needs, and your goals.

Understand what is happening

A practitioner reviews your symptoms and history and determines whether testing is the right next step.

Treatment matched to you

If treatment is needed, your options depend on your diagnosis and goals. CPAP is one option among several.

Follow-up that continues

Sleep apnea care is not one appointment. Your team stays with you as you adjust and as things change.

Questions people ask us

What are the most common signs of sleep apnea?
Loud or frequent snoring, pauses in breathing witnessed by a partner, gasping awake, morning headaches, dry mouth, and daytime sleepiness despite a full night in bed. Only an evaluation can tell you whether apnea is the cause.
Do I have to use CPAP?
No. A sleep evaluation does not automatically mean CPAP. If treatment is needed, your options depend on your diagnosis, clinical needs, and goals, and your practitioner will walk through them with you.
Can sleep apnea really be treated virtually?
Yes for many people. Visits happen by video, testing can often be done at home, and your practitioner manages your plan and follow-up remotely. Some situations still call for in-person care, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Snoring is common. Feeling exhausted every day should not be.
